1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Nudos Barcelona (Barcelona, Spain), contact email nudos.barcelona@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect and why

Through the personalized order form we collect:

• Identification and contact data: full name, phone number and city.
• Order data: product, chosen colors, personalization details and special requests.
• Basic physical data: height and build (back/chest), requested solely to adapt the piece so it fits comfortably.

Purpose: to manage your personalized order, contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it and deliver it. Legal basis: the performance of the contractual relationship you request and your express consent (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

3. Where the data is stored

Form responses are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet managed by Nudos through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.). Google may process data in third countries under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. WhatsApp communication is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your order is being managed and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with other companies.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to nudos.barcelona@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. Only technical storage essential for the page to function is used.
