2. What data we collect and why
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone, shipping address (if you choose delivery) and the details of your pieces (including, where relevant, your height and build to adjust the length). We use them only to manage your order, contact you to confirm it and deliver it. Legal basis: performance of the contract and your consent (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
3. Where it is stored
Orders are recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet (Google Ireland Ltd.) and emails are sent through Resend. These providers may process data outside the EU under the Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Retention
For as long as your order is being handled and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.
5. Recipients
We don't share your data with third parties unless legally required, nor use it for advertising.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to nudos.barcelona@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
7. Cookies
We don't use tracking or analytics cookies. We only store your language in a technical cookie and your cart in your browser's local storage.
